Shipping Information
At Morph Print Studio, each item is made to order with care.
We currently ship only within the United States.
Processing Time
All orders require 10–15 business days to design, print, and prepare for shipment (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Processing time may vary depending on order volume or custom requests.
Shipping Rates
Free USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground shipping is available on U.S. domestic orders of $65 or more.
For orders under $65, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen carrier.
Transit & Carriers
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage by default.
If you prefer UPS Ground, you may select it at checkout.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
(Note: Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after your package has been scanned by the carrier.)
Refund, Return & Replacement Policy
At Morph Print Studio, we are committed to the quality of our unique 3D printed items. As products are printed to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
However, we stand by our products and offer a 30-day replacement policy for items that are defective or damaged.
Eligibility for Replacement or Store Credit
You are eligible for a free replacement or store credit if your item meets the following conditions:
Damaged in Transit: The item arrives visibly damaged due to shipping (must be reported within 7 days of delivery).
Material Defect: The item fails or breaks due to a material or printing defect (must be reported within 30 days of purchase).
Damage caused by improper use, dropping, or customer modification is not eligible for replacement. If the original item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.

Please include the following in your message:
Your Order Number
Clear photos of the damaged item (and packaging, if damaged in transit).
Processing and Returns
Approved Replacements: Shipped within 10–15 business days.
Approved Store Credits: Issued within 5 business days.
Physical returns of the defective item are generally not required unless specifically requested by our team.

About Our 3D Printed Products
All items are individually made using a 3D printer. Due to this delicate process, minor aesthetic variations such as layer patterns or slight gaps are unique characteristics of the handmade item.
Important Material Warning (PLA): Our products are made of PLA plastic. To prevent warping and damage, do not leave your clicker in direct sunlight, in a hot car, or expose it to temperatures above 60°C (140°F). Please understand these conditions before completing your purchase.
